Tummy Liposuction used to aid in revolutionary breast enlargement technique
Dr. Jafar Koupaie, a Massachusetts dermatologist has developed a miraculous procedure which uses a supercharged blend of tummy fat and stem cells to dramatically increase a women’s breast size up to 3 cup sizes. “This is going to revolutionize breast augmentation completely,” claims Dr. Koupaie, who plans on charging up to $15,000 for the procedure. “There is no hardness, no lumpiness. There is no scarring.”
The FDA claims Dr. Koupaie’s method need its approval and other plastic surgeons claim fat-derived stem cells for breast enlargement is promising but untested. The number of breast implant procedures in the US has risen dramatically in recent years according to the American Society of Plastic Surgeons.
In Japan, Dr. Kotaro Yoshimura, a well known cosmetic surgeon and professor at the University of Tokyo has used fat-derived stem cells for breast augmentations in his own procedure known as “cell-assisted lipotransfer”. Surgeons using Yoshimura’s procedure inject a portion of the liquid fat from liposuction and extract stem cells. The resulting turbo-charged solution is then injected into the breasts.
Another US firm Cytori Therapeutics has devoted the last 6 years and $100 million on a very similar process but is still a year or two away from U.S. clinical trials. Cytori has approval to start selling their device known as Celution in Europe for treatment of cancer survivors.
